Credit/Debit Card Payments on Tartan Time / Tweed Time Web Site
We accept credit and debit card payments on the Tartan Time / Tweed Time web site with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Security and you can be assured that our pages are fully secure, by checking your browser display:
- address changes to ‘https:’ instead of ‘http:’ and
- the yellow lock symbol appears in the status bar.
(SSL is a cryptographic system that uses two keys to encrypt data −- a public key known to everyone and a private or secret key known only to the recipient of the message).
Processing is then carried out by SagePay, part of the Sage Group, in there encrypted data environment.
Alternatively, you can pay by credit/debit card through PayPal or send us a UK valid cheque or postal order.
You can also, if you wish, telephone us or fax us to provide your details.

General Precautions
We do urge you to take precautions to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often and make sure you use a secure browser.
Never, in particular, send your card details by e-mail, which can be intercepted.
